Silhouette Challenges new challenge for March is "Create Your Own Scene Card" and Bendy Fold cards are perfect for making 3D scenes that can fold flat for mailing yet when opened and set up can make a really great looking 3D scene.
Of course, you may want to include a little instruction sheet when you send the card because not everyone will know how to set it up when they receive it. So I have made one for you that will fit in the envelope. Leave a comment on this post and I will send it to you.
For this card I used the Silhouette Cameo to design my own bendy card template and cut out the basic card. But, just so non-Silhouette users can also make it I have created a picture tutorial on how you can make a basic bendy fold card on your own without the Cameo. It really is quite easy and you can get the tutorial by subscribing to my blog. Once I receive your subscription notice I will send it right off to you.
I used Stampin' Up! inks, stamps and materials to make the card.
- Stamps: Lovely As A Tree, People Like You
- Inks: Old Olive & Island Indigo ink pads, Soft Suede Marker
- Tools: Silhouette Cameo, Snips, Decorative Label Punch, Stipple Brush
- Supplies: Sticky Tape
Enjoy! I look forward to hearing from you.
