When I posted yesterday I promised to share a birthday card using the Circle Flip Card from Stampin' Up!
But, I just couldn't do it without making it extra special so I added something to this one. I made matts for the panels that I can cut out on my silhouette!
I cut out the card with the thinlit die, then cut the scored lines so I had three pieces, scanned the three pieces and brought them into the Silhouette, traced them and then used the Internal Offset tool to create a .125 offset and viola' I now can make matts to use with the card! Isn't that just way cool?!
Now I can matt in several different ways. I can matt just the left side.
I can matt both sides
I can even mat the middle section if I want to
Front or back
And of course it could be done with matching or coordinating solid colors and I could double matt too.
Here is what I made
And opened
I used DSP from Flower Pot collection with a touch of Lost Lagoon on Whisper White. Added some sequins and a little bit of Dazzling Details.
Hope you like it. Let me know what you think. I like to inspire you to use your Silhouette more and more.
