I've had this 3D Large Mailbox file by Snapdragon Snippets for some time and finally decided to make one today. There is a tutorial on Needles 'n' Knowledge that was helpful but fell a little short in some ways. It is image #55279 3D Mail Box Large.
It is large, approximately 9" long x 6" high x 5" wide. It took a total of 6 -12x12 sheets of card stock to make it. I did mine with two colors, a main color and an accent color and I made the flag handle and flag from red and black.
Another change I made is I didn't put brads in all the holes. I just covered them up with Stampin' Up! Candy Dots. I took some of the holes out too cause I didn't want that many.
I also measured for and set up DSP mats for the sections. These weren't provided and I wanted to add some color. I kept it pretty simple. I may go back and add some 3D flowers and butterflies but for now this is it.
