So Silhouette Challenges is celebrating .

There are only a few stops on this hop each day, and you are going to love the projects you see.

Can you get too much of a good thing?  Not when it comes to card making and inspiration to use your Silhouette Portrait or Cameo!  At least I don't think so.  So here we are for day two of the Silhouette Challenges Blossom Hop.  If you didn't stop by for yesterday's hop I hope you check them out too but for now lets take a look at todays display.

I kept this card fairly simple.  Lots of white space and I like the way it looks.  

Silhouette shapes used:

• Circle Link Lattice #8863 Jamie Koay
• Stem - unknown 
• Flower - unknown (these are in the Silhouette store but I couldn't find the details on them)

Stampin' Up! materials:

• Strawberry Slush, Whisper White, So Saffron, Old Olive card stock
• DSP
• Linen Thread
• Candy Dots centers

The lattice image is a square image and I sized it to be 5" square.  I then cut the entire square and used my snips to cut a piece the width I wanted.  From that one square I was able to get three pieces of lattice.  I used the Zig Squeeze two way glue pen to put adhesive on the back and attached it to the 4 x 5.25 piece of Whisper White.  

I attached the stems using the same glue pen and the flowers with glue dots.  The centers of the flowers are the centers only of the candy dots.  I don't usually use them with the brads they come with.

The bow is a double strand of the linen thread tied and attached with a glue dot.

This looks very nice I think but I wanted to play around with it a bit so I did some shaping of the card for version two.

I did the edge using the Adorning Accents Framlit from Stampin' Up! I also added an edge of the Strawberry Slush stitched satin ribbon also from Stampin' Up!.
