I really liked how it came out but of course I wanted to make a totally new one for you and I wanted it to be more springy. Also, because this is a Silhouette Challenges entry I needed to incorporate use of the Silhouette.
Now for the big reveal! Here it is! Are you ready?! Hope you like it!
Here is what I used to make this:
Made using the Silhouette:
- Bag Topper - This could be cut using a ruler, scissors and stylus but I wanted to create a template so I didn't have to do it by hand. To create the bag topper just set up a rectangle 2" larger on each side than the bottom of the bag. In this case my bag was 5.25 x 3.25 so the rectangle was 9.25 x 7.25. I then inserted the appropriate score lines and cut lines. I also created templates for the layers I added. Two of each size 1.75 x 3 and 1.75 x 5.
- Flowers & Leaves - these are an SVGCuts file from the set called Mom's Garden. They were the flowers used on the gift box. I liked them as they were but never content to leave anything alone I made one set the size they came and another set slightly smaller. I then used a sponge dauber to highlight the edges and inserted the smaller one inside the larger one. Once that was done I bent the outer petals out a bit and added a large pearl to the center. The leaves I downsized a bit so they fit better.
